As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, she is well positioned with legal Estate background, to represent Executors and Administrators in working through the probate process with Attorneys in regards to probate property sold by a Real Estate Agent. She delivers value as a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator and expert facilitator with attention to detail. Creating a personal and honest relationship is the hallmark of her service. Cynthia resides in Alpharetta with her husband, Jim. She enjoys, family, exercise, gardening, decorating, travel and especially spending time with her beautiful granddaughter!
